Installation and commissioning

1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

2. During installation, attention should be paid to the vertical position of the main body and the horizontal.

3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If so, please tighten it.

4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the device.

5. After the inspection is completed, conduct a no-load test run, and production can proceed once the test run is normal.

Technical security

1. When the machine is running, all protective covers and floor covers must be installed.

2. Check the grounding wire of the electrical part to avoid leakage, short circuiting, and other phenomena.

3. It is strictly prohibited to stand in the direction of the motor to avoid accidents.
