Cylindrical ice is generally made by spraying, which has a low freezing point and can reach below -20 ℃. The contact surface between cylindrical surfaces is small and not easy to stick together, making it convenient to use ice. Cylindrical ice cubes have high hardness, low temperature, and are crystal clear. They are suitable for cooling foreign wine. The slower melting speed will not dilute the wine, but will affect its taste. The disadvantage of cylindrical ice makers is that their ice production efficiency is relatively low, and they are generally used for producing small desktop ice makers.
The ice maker automatically enters a water storage tank through a makeup water valve, and then the water is pumped through a flow control valve to the diversion head. There, the water is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the ice maker, flowing like a water curtain through the wall of the ice maker. The water is cooled to the freezing point, while the water that has not been evaporated and frozen will flow into the storage tank through a multi hole tank, restarting the cycle work.
