Welcome!
vCeramic fibers are mainly composed of materials such as alumina and silicates. These inorganic compounds exhibit extremely high stability at high temperatures, allowing ceramic fibers to maintain their physical and chemical properties in extreme environments. In addition, by adding elements such as zirconia or chromium oxide, the temperature range of ceramic fibers can be further improved, making them suitable for a wider range of high-temperature scenarios.
Ceramic fiber ropes can maintain their physical and chemical stability in high-temperature environments, and some products can even work below 1100 ℃, which makes them widely used in high-temperature pipelines, furnace door sealing and other scenarios. It has extremely low thermal conductivity and can effectively isolate the transfer of heat, making it an excellent insulation material. It can resist the erosion of chemicals such as acid and alkali, and is suitable for various corrosive environments. Although its tensile strength may not be as good as traditional metal ropes, it still has sufficient strength within its design application range.
