Leveling Machine (Thick Plate Type) Features
The correction wheel is made of solid bearing steel, which is ground and hard chrome plated after high-frequency treatment. The correction hand of this machine has smooth and smooth indentation without damaging the surface of the material.

This machine can be used alone, and can be used together with MT type and MTC type automatic feeding racks with good effect.

This machine uses a large cylinder to press the material, and the correction adjustment uses a synchronous worm gear adjustment. The upper wheel of the correction can be adjusted by only 1mm when the handle is turned one circle.

1. The thick plate leveling machine is suitable for leveling thick plate metal coils with a thickness of 0.5 to 6.0 mm. It uses a worm gear structure to replace the screw rod pressing material of the ordinary leveling machine (and the cylinder drives the material to move in the leveling machine). It is adjusted by rotating the hand wheel. The adjustment is simple and convenient. When the hand wheel is rotated one circle, the leveling upper wheel only drops 1mm. It is easy to operate, fast and high-precision.

2. Leveling roller: 9pcs (Up 4/Down 5) are made of high-strength rolling bearing steel bars, high-frequency quenching, and surface chrome plating. The surface hardness can reach HRC60-62o. It has extremely high steel, strength and wear resistance. The upper and lower leveling rollers are synchronously driven by large modulus gears, with strong correction force, no friction on the material surface, and no scratching of the material.

3. Feeding roller part: The feeding roller uses a pneumatic clamping device to generate sufficient pulling force to send the material to the leveling roller and rotate synchronously. It is also made of high-strength rolling bearing steel, quenched, hardened and finely ground, and has the same strength and wear resistance as the leveling roller.

4. Power part: A larger power motor (2-7.5HP optional) is equipped with a worm gear reducer (
30:1) to transmit the material to the leveling machine through a sprocket chain,
which can generate a larger leveling force. The motor speed is controlled by the inverter,
which is convenient and reliable.

5. Leveling adjustment part: The fine-tuning part adopts a worm gear fine-tuning device.
It has high adjustment accuracy, high pressure and easy operation.

6. The feeding part is equipped with a feeding support plate to lift the material head and send it
into the feeding roller, and is equipped with a cylinder to adjust the feeding angle.
