Our cacao bean quality specifications are as below, it follow ISO quality standard:

Insect Demaged+germinated beans	≤2.5%
Humidity	≤7.5%

 

Grade two:

Slaty Beans	≤8%
Insect Demaged+germinated beans	≤5%
