The First White Tea Species Spring Tea Ancient Tree

White tea can be divided into four products: Baihao Yinzhen, Baipeony, Shoumei and Gongmei [20] due to different varieties of tea trees and requirements for raw materials.

As the raw materials of fresh leaves are all tea buds, and after the finished tea is made, the shape is like a needle, the pekoe is densely covered, and the color is as white as silver, so it is named pekoe silver needle.

Baihao Silver Needle, created in 1796, is one of the six major types of white tea in China. Its origin is in Fujian, and its main production areas are Fuding, Zherong, Zhenghe, Songxi, Jianyang, etc. It is known as one of the top ten famous teas in China, known as "beauty" and "tea king". Its appearance is straight like a needle, full of pekoe, silver like snow, and the finished tea is about 3cm long.
