White tea has a long history. According to historical records, during the Eastern Han Dynasty, a young man named Yin Zhen, with a self-made tea made in his hometown, paid a visit to Xu Shen, a famous Confucian master. When the disciples made difficulties, he ate tea under his eaves. For a moment, Xu Shen's entire residence was filled with strong tea fragrance. Xu Shen strolled to trace the origin, and then invited Yin Zhen into the study to brew his "tea cup". But he saw its beautiful shape. The white leaf bottom was like a silver needle dropping a pot. The soup was green and bright. The taste was fresh and mellow. Occasionally, the taste was mild and bitter.
The production process of white tea is the most natural. The fresh tea harvested is spread thinly on the bamboo mat and placed in the weak sunlight, or placed in a well ventilated room to let it wither naturally. When it is 70% or 80% dry, dry it slowly with slow fire. Because the manufacturing process is simple, it is processed with the least process.
