Lvguang Tongtai Environmental Water Softening Equipment Introduction

1. Product Overview

Lvguang Tongtai water softening equipment is a professional water treatment device designed to remove calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, reduce water hardness, and prevent scale formation in pipelines, boilers and heat exchange equipment. It is widely used in industrial production, commercial water supply, central air conditioning water systems and other scenarios, with stable operation and high processing efficiency, and can meet customized water softening demands of different flow rates and process standards.

The equipment adopts automatic control valve body combined with food-grade ion exchange resin, which can automatically complete the regeneration process without frequent manual operation, and maintains long-term stable softening effect. According to different process configurations, it is divided into four mainstream system schemes: single valve single tank, single valve double tank, double valve double tank, and two working one standby system, which can adapt to different application scenarios of intermittent water supply and continuous 24-hour water supply.

2. Working Principle

The water softening equipment uses the principle of ion exchange: the sodium-type cation exchange resin loaded in the tank adsorbs calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water, exchanges sodium ions into the water to complete the softening of water quality. When the resin adsorbs saturated calcium and magnesium ions, it can regenerate the resin through sodium chloride solution, restore the adsorption capacity of the resin, and realize the continuous circulation work of the equipment.

5. Installation Notes

1. The equipment should be installed indoors, avoid open air exposure, freezing and high temperature environment, the ambient temperature should be kept within 5-45℃.

2. Reserve enough operation and maintenance space around the equipment, keep the site dry and well ventilated.

3. A pressure reducing valve should be installed at the inlet if the inlet water pressure exceeds 0.6MPa; a booster pump should be configured if the pressure is lower than 0.2MPa.

4. Connect the drain pipe smoothly, do not press or block the drain pipe, the height of the drain outlet should not exceed the equipment body to avoid affecting regeneration backwash effect.

5. Must be installed with a bypass pipeline to facilitate maintenance without affecting the normal water supply of the original system.

6. Daily Maintenance

1. Check the salt level in the salt tank regularly, ensure that there is enough solid salt for resin regeneration, do not add impurities block the salt absorption pipe.

2. Check the working pressure and outlet water quality regularly, if it is found that the outlet water hardness exceeds the standard, check whether the resin fails or the regeneration process is abnormal.

3. If the equipment stops running for a long time, it needs to clean the resin tank, prevent resin contamination and mildew, and do a good job of antifreeze protection in low temperature environment.

4. Replace the ion exchange resin regularly when the adsorption capacity drops significantly and cannot recover after regeneration.
