5. Installation Steps

Step 2: Hoisting and positioning: Hoist the integrated equipment to the designated installation position through hoisting equipment, check whether the horizontal and position dimensions meet the design requirements, and fix it.

Step 3: Pipeline connection: Connect the water inlet pipe, outlet pipe, sludge discharge pipe, aeration pipeline and other supporting pipelines according to the process flow diagram, check the tightness of the connection to ensure no leakage.

Step 4: Electrical connection: Connect the equipment power supply and control circuit by professional electricians, check the insulation and steering of each electrical component, and debug the automatic control system.
