1. Product Overview

Green Valley Tongtai water processor series covers two core product lines: multi-media filter and water softening equipment, which are designed to meet diversified water treatment demands in civil, commercial and industrial scenarios. The products are available in a variety of system configurations and material options, supporting customized adjustment according to different water quality and treatment capacity requirements, and providing stable and efficient water purification and softening effects.

2. Core Products

2.1 Multi-media Filter

The multi-media filter is a core pretreatment equipment in the water treatment process. It uses a variety of filter materials with different specific gravities and particle sizes to remove suspended solids, colloids, sediment, organic matter and other impurities in raw water through layered filtration, so as to reduce the turbidity of water quality and protect subsequent deep treatment equipment. It is widely used in the pretreatment links of circulating water system, reverse osmosis system, tap water purification, industrial production water and other occasions.

2.2 Water Softening Equipment

Water softening equipment is mainly used to remove calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, reduce water hardness, and avoid scaling of pipelines, water heaters, boilers and heat exchange equipment, so as to extend the service life of downstream equipment and ensure the safety and efficiency of water use. It is suitable for boiler water supply, central air conditioning circulating water, food processing water, textile washing water and other occasions that have high requirements for water hardness.

3. Optional System Configurations

According to different processing capacity, operation continuity and user demand, the products provide three conventional system configurations, which can cover the application requirements of different scales:

3.1 Single Valve Single Tank System

This configuration is composed of one control valve and one filter tank/softening resin tank. It has the characteristics of simple structure, small floor area and low investment cost. It is suitable for small water demand scenarios with intermittent water use, such as small domestic water treatment, small production lines, etc. When the system needs backwashing or resin regeneration, it needs to stop running temporarily.

3.2 Single Valve Double Tank System

This configuration is equipped with one control valve and two treatment tanks, and the valve can switch the working state between the two tanks alternately. It can realize continuous water output without stopping the machine during backwashing or regeneration, which meets the demand of continuous water supply for small and medium-sized water consumption. It has higher stability than the single valve single tank system.

3.3 Two Working with One Standby System

This configuration is composed of three tanks, two of which work at the same time and one is for backup. When any tank needs maintenance, backwashing or regeneration, the standby tank can be put into use immediately to ensure uninterrupted continuous water supply. It is suitable for large water consumption scenarios and industrial production processes that require extremely high water supply continuity, which effectively improves the reliability of the whole water treatment system.

1. The raw water quality shall meet the design input range of the equipment, and the user shall conduct water quality testing before selection to avoid reducing the treatment effect due to excessive impurity concentration beyond the equipment capacity.

2. The equipment shall be installed on a flat foundation with sufficient bearing capacity, and reserved operation space around for daily maintenance and replacement of filter materials/resins.

3. Regular backwashing and maintenance shall be carried out according to the operation manual to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
