Equipment composition

• Stainless steel tank: As a container for cleaning and rinsing processes, it is generally made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to ensure the service life of the equipment.

• Ultrasonic system: Using the catitation effect of ultrasound to remove oil and clean the surface of the workpiece, which can effectively remove stubborn oil stains.

• Bubble rinsing system: rinse the workpiece through the bubbles generated by the bubble to further remove the dirt and residual cleaning liquid on the surface.

• Spray rinsing system: use a high-pressure nozzle to spray water or cleaning liquid to spray and rinse the workpiece to improve the cleaning effect.

• Pure water system: provide pure water for rinsing, which can remove the watermark on the surface of the workpiece and ensure the cleaning quality.

• Drying system: hot air, infrared and other methods are used to dry the cleaned workpieces to prevent rust.

• Suspension chain conveying system: manually hang the workpiece on the suspension chain, and the workpiece enters each processing process in turn with the suspension chain, and finally reaches the unloading area.

Technological process

Manually hang the stove parts and other workpieces on the suspension chain, and the workpiece enters the ultrasonic oil removal tank with the suspension chain for oil removal and cleaning, and then enters the ultrasonic oil removal and anti-rust tank for further treatment. Then, the residual cleaning liquid and dirt are removed through multiple bubble rinsing processes, and then most of the surface is removed through the air cutting and dehydration device. Moisture, finally enter the hot air drying system for drying. After arriving at the unloading area, the workpiece is manually removed, and the empty hanger enters the next cycle with the suspension chain.
